How does Plan B (Levonorgestrel) works
Plan B pill works in the way a regular birth control pill does and therefore it helps in preventing the release of egg from the ovaries or preventing the sperm to attach with the uterus. 4. Even though Plan B shall not affect if a woman is already pregnant, it is advisable not to use it except where she needs to avoid pregnancy within 72 hours after a sexual activity.

5. Keep the drug away from small children and at a room temperature of 25 degrees C.
